This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) to join a busy, successful and profitable team within a top performing, niche law firm.
Responsibilities include:
- caseload of defended debt / forfeiture / possession
- managing progress of files
- defending interim applications e.g. to set aside judgment
- corresponding with mortgage lenders and surveyors
- drafting particulars of claim, applications, witness statements etc
- negotiating settlements
