Superb opportunity for a Commercial lawyer with strong technology contracts experience to join our client who are powering change in the energy sector.
Our client develops and builds cutting edge technology to support the energy industry.
Its software engineers and data scientists completely transform complex energy industry problems in order to support making processes simpler, streamlined and insightful.
Environmental sustainability practices are at the very heart of the business.
Working as part of an established and highly regarded Legal team, the work will include:
- negotiating, drafting and supporting on a broad range of customer and supplier agreements
- technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, PaaS, IT managed service agreements)
- facilitating the company's growth by providing commercially focussed legal advice
- compliance, IP, M&A due diligence
- identifying and working with the business on legal risk
- supporting the growth and development of the legal team
This hire will bridge the gap between an excellent Legal Counsel and a very experienced Head of Legal with good progression prospects.

Our client will consider lawyers from a Law Firm or In-house background with IT experience.
